Booking the upper level rooms (Royal Queen & Royal King):

These rooms share a private entrance, small beverage bar (not a full kitchen), fireside lounge area, and an outdoor BBQ patio area.  Book if you do not need cooking but want a luxury room as both suites have amazing beds, 2 person jet tubs, and steam showers along with other luxurious amenities.

Booking the lower level rooms (River View, Country Garden, & Harvest):

These rooms share a large common area that include a full kitchen, pool table, fireside lounge area, river view dining bar, treadmill, and outdoor BBQ patio with 2 person hot tub.  Each room has a private washroom (river view washroom unattached), desk, fireplace, and TV.

Full lower level can be booked, full upper level and even all 5 rooms booked together for privacy or events.
